As the founder of Sanctuary Village International Ministries (established in 2015), she has ignited a global movement that bridges timeless biblical truth with transformative revelation, empowering individuals across nations to reclaim their God-given dominion.
Born in Uganda’s Isingiro District in 1982, Annet carries a profound passion for teaching, discipleship, and nurturing spiritual growth. Her groundbreaking book, “The Dominion,” unveils the authority and inheritance of believers in Christ, offering readers a roadmap to living victoriously in their calling. With a unique blend of deep spiritual insight and practical wisdom, she equips men and women to walk boldly in their God-ordained destiny.
Beyond her ministry, Annet is a devoted wife and mother, embodying the balance of faith, family, and global impact. Currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, she continues to inspire a diverse, international audience through her preaching, writing, and leadership—unwavering in her mission to restore humanity to its original design.
